Enjoy a sparkling New Years Eve at the Viking.
Arrive for 6pm and enjoy pre-dinner drinks in our stylish cocktail bar, then let us wine and dine you with five mouth watering courses from 7pm, followed by an evening of fantastic entertainment in the Talk of the Coast. With the inimitable compere Buddy Lee, accompanied by the talented vocalist Carol Kaye and the high-energy duo Oxygen, we’ll help you bring in the New Year in style before continuing the party until 2am!
Starters
Honeydew melon nest filled with strawberries and kiwi drizzled with raspberry coulis (v)
Salmon and crab terrine wrapped around smoked salmon on a lemon salad with dill vinaigrette
